Health Benefits — Employee Hours ≥ 360
Upload the latest Employee List workbook and select a preset window
(always 2nd → 1st of adjacent months). The tool will reuse the payroll
workbook stored in the repository, automatically shift the payroll window to the next month
plus three months, and surface employees with Total Hours ≥ 360.

For Admins: This tool reads the payroll Excel workbook from /opt/render/project/src/payroll.xlsx.
Commit the latest payroll file to data/payroll.xlsx (preferred) weekly.
